"These clowns need to go back to the circus. The "technician" was unable to diagnose my dishwasher problem and did not follow up. He listened to my dishwasher when it was not running and declared the pump broken. I showed him the pump was operating and asked about the error codes. He was uninterested in the codes. He charged me for the house call, indicated he would call Monday with parts info and return. He did neither. They agreed to refund but have been unable unwilling to produce it. The run around has been extensive. Avoid at all costs."

"This company is absolutely horrible. My warranty company sent them out to fix my washing machine. I never received a call from the company. When I called to make an appointment the man who the phone was extremely rude. I asked if I could have a time frame in the afternoon, he stated "hopefully" we will get someone out between your requested time. I called the morning of my appointment and he literally yelled at me and told me to stop bothering him or he would cancel my appointment. I received a phone call from the technician at 1 pm. He stated he was done for the day and he would not be waiting in a parking lot for 2 hours just to make my appointment and hung up on me. I called once again to try and figure things out, and got yelled at once again. Long story short, absolutely a horrible company to work with, extremely rude, not professional at all. A week later and they can't tell me anything about my part or when it will be delivered."
