"2nd time our Dacor oven (2017) has had an issue with the ignitor failing. Bought from Tolson's, and the 1st time it took a while for them to diagnose/repair (several trips). As Tolson's is still not back to servicing on a full schedule post-Covid, they recommended Ayers. Joy was able to schedule us in within a reasonable timeframe. Unlike most repair companies, Shane was there on the dot! Very professional, knows his stuff, friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem (again, the ignitor), had the part in his van (no having to order like w/other service provider) and it's fixed. "This is a wonderful company! They are extremely professional and go above and beyond for their customers. My week started off with my washer breaking down. Not knowing anyone I did what most do and went to google. Out of the 3 companies that I called they were the first to truly listen and answer questions and were just genuine, you could hear it in her voice. Shane came out, was very respectful and honest. diagnosed my washer and gave his honest recommendations. A few days later I had an emergency and called them frantic. They listened through my crazy babble and walked me through what I was describing. Shane told me to call the office so they could schedule for him to come out again (keep in mind this is a different issue) and before I could call Joy she was calling me. They rearranged things so that they could come out the next day. Shane explained everything he was doing and why. After everything was said and done, they followed up the next day to make sure we were ok. It is so rare to find businesses that genuinely cares and not only reasonable but honest too.
