"If I could give them 0 stars i would! I had an appointment set for Thursday February 1st and was called today January 31st for it to be cancelled and rescheduled. Unfortunately, the earliest appointment they had was for the 1st of March. They didn’t have much of an options for me. This is so unacceptable because I wanted this done before my trip next week. Don’t book an appointment if you have any plans."

"It’s a scam. Ideal imagine as a whole not this branch. Their app stopped working for me, was no longer able to log in, I tried resetting my password but never received an e-mail to complete that. I called ideal image but it’s just a common issue since they do it on purpose. All my info on file was correct but still could never change my password and the lady wasn’t able to help me into my account either. They told me it was no worries cause I could always call them to schedule an appointment and what not… so you’re just going to leave me here without being able to access my account? They sure enough did. 2 years later and I still can’t access my account and I’m having a heck of a time canceling this $300 membership. In the beginning everything was perfect but nothing is easy and convenient with them after they lock you into that contract and have your money secured."
