"I’ve been getting my brows done by Samantha on and for a few years now. She has always done a good job with my brows. My last few appointments have not been great, but I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. We all have our moments but it’s gotten to the point where I don’t feel valued anymore. It appears that she no longer cares about showing up on time. She moved an appointment I had earlier this month and was late. I stayed and waited for almost 30 mins and I was leaving she was pulling in. I scheduled another appointment and was hopeful but unfortunately, she was late again. As I was leaving (after waiting 15 mins) she was pulling into the parking lot. My thing is if you are going to be late please communicate that. It’s so unprofessional and comes off like you don't value your client's time. Nonetheless, I ended up finding a new person to do my brows today."

"Samantha was recommended for brow threading through a family member. I have now visited her twice. Each time she has been prompt and professional. She asked about my brow goals and gave recommendations to help me achieve them. Before scheduling my second appointment for threading I reviewed her photos for brow tinting. I was impressed with the results and wanted to give it a try. She did not disappoint. I absolutely love them!!!! I am definitely going back."

I don’t have any other experiences to compare it to, but it exceeded every expectation that I had. If I had to choose between regular facials and regular massages, I’d choose the facial hands down.
