"We had our 1 year old zero turn mower serviced by Panhandle power equipment. When they dropped it off , the employee had to jump start it. He told me someone at the shop left the key in the on position. Don called us back to tell me it was my responsibility and he wouldn’t do anything for us. He also kept asking me the name of the person who dropped it off. I mean shouldn’t they know delivered it? Everyone else was good interacting with my Don obviously has a ship on his shoulders and doesn’t care about the customers"
"Needed a part for my husky mower and thought they are local so support local. Called Thursday "4/2"afternoon close to closing time so I didnt expect much. Waited all day Friday and never heard back until I called them and they still hadnt got the part ordered. Saturday comes around and had another conversation with the lady as she needed more info as to the engine, so I gave it to her and thats the last Ive heard from them. Today is 4/13 lol needless to say I went to McHenry's in fredeick who I highly recommend for parts and service and Ive mowed my grass twice and still no word from PPE. Maybe the service department is alittle better"
