"Exorbitantly expensive!! Although the technician was polite, efficient and knowledgeable, the service for 15 minutes of work to change out 2 leads to a washing machine was almost $300.00! The business was advertised online as being located in Purcellville but indeed is located in Leesburg. This wouldn’t matter except that they charge a very high rate for travel time. Furthermore the second technician for whom I was charged labor costs, clearly knew very little and was in training. Beware that deep pockets are a must if you use this company!"
