"Easy to complain. Easy to forget great service. I simply want to acknowledge GREAT customer care. I had never been in a Lovesac. Fell in love with their product and look forward to buying as soon as our construction project gets close to finished. Juan knew I am several months away from buying. But he took time to make sure I had all my questions answered. I guess what made Juan so good at customer service is I sensed genuine pride in Juan about the product he represents. I actually asked him if he owned the store. The store manager, Tony, heard some of the conversation and soon we had a three way conversation going that represented a genuine belief and pride in their company. No hard sales. Just a very professional and personal presentation. They truly represent the company with excellence. Thank you Juan and Tony!"

I came into the store because we purchased a couch from another company online without actually sitting on the couch, which ended up being a big mistake.
