"The only nice thing I have to say about this place is it is gratifying to try to humiliate the diplomats there, even though they have no shame. Having their ambassador in country is also worthwhile even though ol' Anatoly is utterly contemptible (the stuff he could be overhead saying at a lunch at Cafe Milano in 2022 proves it). There are sometimes nice events across the street featuring flowers or light shows, though--I highly recommend any of these."
