"When I first moved to the area over 20 years ago, I needed a veterinarian for my cat. I went to Bayside veterinary clinic on Shore Drive because it was close, and the prices were very reasonable. I know there is no price you can really put on a life, human or otherwise, but I did have a very tight budget and needed to be able to afford the Veterinary Care that would be provided to my pet. When I walked in to the office, it was very warm and inviting. Almost like stepping into a familiar kitchen or Den in a friend's house. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and had a true love for animals. As I waited to see the doctor with my cat, it was a very easy wait. We were seen at the appointment time promptly and the veterinarian who cared for my cat, Dr Adair was absolutely wonderful! My cat who was not very friendly with most people and would run and hide seem to take to Dr. Adair very quickly. After examining my cat he prescribed a necessary treatment and we were on our way with necessary medication in tow. Please don't be fooled by the location nor by the size of the office. They are a fully-equipped Veterinary Clinic that provides exceptional care for your pet friends. I would highly recommend Bayside Veterinary Clinic as a choice for Veterinary Care. Please know also, that they are associated with the Animal Medical Center off of Mill Dam Road in Virginia Beach. That is the main Veterinary Clinic that they operate under as Bayside Veterinary Clinic is a satellite Office of the Animal Medical Center. But as I said earlier, they are fully equipped and can handle your pets veterinary needs."
