"Today, the woman with the red hair in photos was really nice and helped me with the computer to change my info. She was really sweet. However, the black cashier with the headwrap was NOT. I was waiting to check out and there was a woman in front of me. The cashier was really nice to her, made conversation with her and told her to have a good day before she left. When I approached the counter, I said "Hello" with which the cashier responded "Do you have a Walgreens account" and I put my number in. She rang me up, didn't talk to me at all, handed me my change back as if I pissed her off somehow, I said thank you and she said absolutely nothing to me. RUDE!!"

"I had an appointment to get my 17 year old her meningitis vaccine for school. I get there and they take the information. The lady goes over and talks to someone, then comes back over to me and informs me that she can't get the vaccine unless she has a prescription!! THIS IS NOT MENTIONED ON THEIR WEBSITE AT ALL! It wasted their time and ours. I will be seeing if CVS has the same asinine policy because Walgreens claims it's a state of Virginia policy!"

"Carlos was very unprofessional and rude. We went in to drop off a fedex package but ended up just leaving because of how poor he treats us as a customer. Never ever go here for FedEx drop off. I hope you train your people the right way to provide customer service. Carlos even shouted while we were leaving. Shame on you, Carlos! You clearly should not have a job!"

"This is a FEDEX drop off point. I went in to drop off a return package for FEDEX today , as I have two very RECENT past times. A manager named D'Angelo was rude and unfamiliar with the label printing process. Said he's never done it and didn't know they did that there and I would need to come at a later time. I asked for the manager and that's when he said he was the manager as he walked away. VERY unprofessional. The previous times, the Ladies were pleasant and helpful. He needs lots of customer service and no doubt manager training."

"Pharmacists at this location are rude, racist and have very nasty attitudes. They cut you off while your talking, put you on hold and never come back to the phone because they don't have an answer for you. I paid in full for a prescription and received a partial prescription. While trying to get order status the acted as if I was a bother. Also they take forever and a day to fill prescriptions. I not would recommend this location at all."
