"Went to my neighborhood Walgreens and manger handled a situation that Chesapeake greenbrier Walgreens handled poorly and miss treated me . It was all for an exchange. They didn’t handle the situation right and didn’t take care of the customer but the manager on little creek was amazing and on point and took care of like a manger should handle customer service. Thank you for that"

"Worst of the worst. Obviously Walgreens’ executives put profits above patient care and clearly they understaff and overwork their pharmacy techs but this location is particularly bad. The pharmacy techs are rude and their pharmacists are inept - shout out to the pharmacist Gail who refused to fill a prescription citing a bogus online article that she googled - pathetic. I can’t imagine this location remains open through the next year. Total failure."

"Disappointed in the male pharmacy tech I just spoke to on the phone. I was chastised, and all I needed was to be told what I need to do as far as transferring to prescriptions from Walgreens in Texas, to here in Virginia. I’m a military spouse and travel back and forth between these two states. The healthcare overall sucks here in this state. Do better Walgreens. I’ll start using CVS here."

"I am absolutely outraged, if I could give zero stars I would. The way I was spoken to and hung up on by Desmond who I was told is the Pharmacist. I am beyond upset I will pick up my medication today and switch pharmacies. He is so rude for no reason and unprofessional and the audacity of his coworker to act like she was a manager and support his actions. Requested to speak to who was over her and the young woman I then spoke was very helpful and understanding and apologized for their actions.I wish I had gotten her name because she was one of the best there. Unfortunately, I still have to leave there no reason why I should have my peace disrupted."
