"I went in to get the gem on a ring put back in and the prongs tightened they not only did that but cleaned it for me.There was next to no wait and it took them maybe 5 minutes if that. They were very welcoming when I came in and so nice during the whole encounter! They made me aware that the ring would probably need to be fixed in the future due to manufacturing issues, but I did not feel pressured to get it done today.
