"I would give ZERO stars if I could. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Pep Boys location I have ever been to. I have been using Pep Boys for almost 20 years in 6 states and the treatment I received from this location is APPALLING. Todd at the front desk gave me nothing but bad attitude and disrespect which is unacceptable coming from the front half of the business. He should NOT be interacting with customers. Secondly, when I brought my car in, the techs did almost nothing at all besides look under the hood and tell me they couldn't find anything wrong. There was no further investigation and they insisted nothing was wrong (I ended up taking it to a different mechanic shop who EASILY found the issue!). I would not recommend this Pep Boys franchise to even my worst enemy. Still in awe of just how awful my experience was. BEWARE!!!!!"

"I was in need of 4, 255/45R20 at a moments notice. I will save the bad review naming for the bad business but in a pinch and on a Sunday they not only had the tires but did the install. To beat it all the cost was less and service was 100 times better. I highly recommend this place to anyone!"

"All repair and maintenance for my vehicles will be coming here for now on. Recently had a motor mount problem with my minivan, they repaired my vehicle faster than they told me and about $100 then the initial quoted price. Also got my oil change done here with the same car, EXTREMELY nice technicians and front desk workers. Also with same day service as setting the appointment, there is literally not one complaint I can give to these guys. Thank you guys so so much!!!"
