"Irina was honestly a dream to work with. I'm a twenty-two year old guy, and had no experience or know-how when it came to picking wedding bands for my fiancé and I. The whole process never felt salesy (which I'm always pretty wary of), and Irina was informative without ever being pushy. She took the time to map out pricing for different variations of ten different rings (which I'm sure was very tedious), all to accommodate my indecisiveness. She encouraged me to take my time and not rush the decision, which I really appreciated. Their men's selection was about twice the size of some other places I'd visited, and they ended up arriving about two weeks ahead of schedule. Won't be needing jewelry often I'm sure, but next time I do I'll go straight to Boyer's. Save yourself the time!"

"I took my wedding ring to Boyer’s after taking it to Williamsburg Jeweler’s twice for the same repair, and then to J&M Jeweler’s for yet a third time. The repair failed twice at Williamsburg Jeweler’s and cost me $861.50. YES, $861.50!!! Although J&M mounted a gray diamond, wrong color, wrong size … SIDEWAYS … it looked like the diamond was still missing after their ‘repair’ and there was a large blob of what appeared to be rhodium along one of the other diamonds when they were done with it. That repair was approximately $40 (I got what I paid for). Long story short, Boyer’s evaluated and repaired my ring at a very reasonable price and very quickly. My ring looked as fresh as the day my husband proposed! I’m very pleased with the result and am happy to report the repair is holding. I will only take my business to Boyer’s from now on. Quality matters, and that’s what I received from Boyer’s."

"Very happy with changing my brilliant diamond studs to a Martini setting. Had the studs for yrs and rarely wore as I didn’t like the way they’d sit on my ear lobes. Boyers took on the task at a very reasonable price and returned the earrings gorgeous. Also as requested did posts in screw backs, as I had before. Irina was a pleasure to work with on this change. Would happily use repair service and make purchases here."
