Sleep Number

"If you plan to purchase anything from this location or sleep number in general make sure you ask every question, read everything they give you, and verify with them. I purchased a mattress with a adjustable base and mattress protector in March 2022. It’s basically a glorified over priced air mattress. After my 30 day trail I called to return. I was then informed by sleep number customer service that the adjustable base is non-returnable. There would also be a $250 restocking fee for the mattress. I received free delivery and setup. I was never informed of the base not being returnable. I was able to get sleep number to take both the mattress and base back. I still owe $500 for restocking. I never received a mattress protector, it was marked as picked up in store. At the end of the day, when the products are returned, they are not donated. The mattresses are burned. I will never recommend any friends, family, or acquaintances to SleepNumber:"

"My husband and I were just in the area for the weekend and decided to stop by to test out the beds. Eric was phenomenal! He took his time explaining every function, provided his personal experience and was very honest. He even followed up weeks later to make sure we were set up correctly. I would advise anyone who is interested to go to the harrisonburg location and ask for Eric!"

"This Store is Next door to PotBelly's on E. Market Street. I will tell you .. every Bed is NOT the Same. Every Big Holiday normally on TV you see an AD running & giving you up to 50% off. YES the Beds are Expensive but have you ever Laid down on one. If you have Lower Back Pain and Chronic Arthritis like I do ~ go out and just ask please to lay down on the Tester. Telling You .. the Bed Cools down & Heats, the Head & Leg Part allows You to help where needed. I want one so Bad for my Health issues. Go Try Them! Bet you Buy A Bed!! Oh There is a Lifetime Gtd. on each Bed too which is the coolest."

"Do not buy a sleep number me and my wife got the p5 mattress and it is worse than sleeping on a cheap air bed from Walmart. We ended up paying 200 for them to deliver it and we just called to return it and we are being charged another 200 for them to pick up the 1500 dollar bed so we end up paying a 3rd of the mattress for something we are not happy with the 100 night trail is bs if your not 100% for you'll be happy with it dont buy it!!! We was unaware and miss lead of the 200 dollar fee for them to pick it up and we agruged with there customer service for nothing to be down was transferred 3 times finally got to talk to the corporate case manager and he was nasty and kept raising his voice. Please save the money and headache and go somewhere else"

"My wife and I have mostly been dissatisfied with mattresses purchased on line or at a standard mattress store. We decided to check out the Sleep Number mattress set and we are so glad we did. Between Derrick and Adam our sleep number bed was delivered on time and more than meets our expectations. Very happy with these guys. Derrick was our sales person and he took very good care of us. We were not rushed or pressured in any way. But, once you lay on one of these, they almost sell themselves. After we purchased our bed, a delivery was scheduled for a day of our choosing. It takes a few weeks as the beds are made on demand in America. We received an email and were communicated with consistently during the entire process. 24 hours before our delivery we received a phone call and we also received a phone call when the truck was about 30 minutes out. Our bed was set up in our home with a thorough explanation of how the bed works. Derrick even checked in with us the day after our bed was delivered. It has only been a few days but we are very happy with our bed. I am really happy with Derrick. Customer service in the name of the game at this location. So, if you are looking for a Sleep Number bed, this is place to go."
