"First of all, what happened to the drive thru tellers? Second, why is there only one window teller working inside the branch on a Friday afternoon? I’ve been a member since the ‘90s and used to do business at the location in nearby Western Branch/Chesapeake. Seems like customer service (in-person) is a thing of the past. Time to close my accounts and do business elsewhere."
