"Disappointed with the representation I received from my lawyer. First off, it’s hard to get in touch directly with the lawyer, you have to call the office leave a message and hope they call you back. I had only talked about my situation with the attorney once during the “free evaluation” call about 4 months before the hearing. When I received contact (via mail) about my case. The name on the letter said dear “Mr santos “… clearly that is not me. Hearing got pushed a few times. When it was the day before the hearing, I tried to contact my lawyer, via call and text, however there was no response. I would have hoped to discussed the situation with my lawyer, what to say vs not so say, review the situation again ,etc before going to the court. I’m honestly surprised my lawyer did in fact show up as I had not heard from him for a month about the case. I had not seen him, or met him, prior to the judge calling my name to stand trial. While he was able to reduce the charges slightly, my attorney, Mr. Bruno, was unprepared, and did not seem to share the same concerns I had about the incident. I did not see the value in using the Alliance Legal Group as the representation I received did not out weigh the costs. I could have done a better job representing myself than what I received from Alliance Legal Group."
