"Very poor customer service and business practices. Every correspondence between myself and this office was initiated by me. I was reminded several times that I only paid for 4 hours when I attempted to express my concerns with the quality of service and unprofessionalism (I paid what was invoiced.) I was asked to write both the initial demand letter and rebuttal that was submitted on behalf. I had to request that a rebuttal be submitted on my behalf. I had to send several emails before receiving a response, but conveniently the attorney wasted no time responding to my emails of dissatisfaction. He spent more time going back and forth with me via email reminding me how I only paid for 4 hours and how his firm is so busy and it is normal business practice for clients to contact them for an update. When I did finally get David on the phone he was not able to speak to my case. He asked me if I would like him to review my notes and then give me a call back. I went into this process with 0 expectations, I truly was just looking for a trustworthy professional attorney. Ironically David was recommended by a family friend, however this office did not deliver the quality of service as advertised to me and did not offer an apology for my experience. I would not recommend this law firm unless you are ok with begging for timely communication. (I had to give 1 star to post this review)"
