"Left home to get documents notarized by Jeanette but, unfortunately, by the time we got there, a steady rain was coming down. We (my mother, brother and I) had no umbrella so we were stuck until we contacted Jeanette about our predicament and she offered an umbrella and an alternate way in. However, the steady rain became a downpour and we were all set to call it a day when Jeanette graciously offered a parking spot in the garage which was a big help as my mother has a walker. The notarizing process itself was quick, painless and efficient and we are grateful to Jeanette for going out of her way to accommodate us, especially since we had wasted time going to a bank and they made us wait half an hour and then told us they could not notarize our documents. Needless to say, I will be taking all my notary needs to Jeanette in the future!"
