"Where to start? First and foremost, I paid for a 60 minute massage and did not receive what I paid for. I arrived early, was greeted at 5(the time of my appointment) and then taken back to the room and was told to undress and lay on the table. Standard procedure. I did as asked and waited. And waited. At one point I got up because my nose was running and needed a tissue. I noticed the clock and it said 5:10. I got back on the table and waited some more until my massage therapist finally returned. The massage itself was disappointing and uncomfortable. My M.T. hadn’t trimmed her nails and when she worked my neck, her nails scraped my skin and it was very unpleasant. When the massage was done and I got up from the table, I looked at the clock and it was 5:50 PM. My “hour” long introductory rate massage was only about 35-40 minutes. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone after that. I paid for the service and left, but not before they attempted to sell me on their “membership”. I will not be returning. Stay away, the introductory rate is a lie to get you in and you don’t get your money’s worth."

"They have a pretty good membership. I had a service at the Short Pump location and the service was great. She started what seemed a little too soft on the massage, but explained to me needed to loosen up first, and I'm glad she did because it did get intense for me with my knots on my shoulders and neck towards the middle of the service. That was awesome, and she really helped me with my posture in the end by loosening the tension. 5 stars."

"I went here for my birthday to have a spa day. I chose a introductory special Swedish massage with lavender aromatherapy for $69.99. The office is nice, located in a short pump shopping center, plenty of parking. They had me fill out a form because it was my first time there. She took me jn back, the room was very zen, candle lit, aromatherapy scented, calming effect. I had an hour long massage, and my masseuse was a very nice lady who was perfectly quiet and got the back feeling better. I asked for firm, she was okay, not as firm as I normally like but it did the job for now. After it was over, I was offered a subscription to come monthly for a $49.95 deal, the good thing about it is it can be carried over, but I just can't spend that right now. Overall, it was a nice addition to my birthday massage, the only thing that would have made it better was a birthday discount. Lol that would have been nice."

"First off let me say, I'm not a regular. My girlfriend is kind enough to take me from time to time. My last message was about a year ago and I really didn't get any value out of it. However I just went and I had a much better masseuse that was able to really work my affected muscle areas. I enjoy my golf game but it's tremendously hard on my lower back and shoulders. She was able to really get in there and work on some of the knots. It was painful but it was needed and I feel like I've got a great massage that really benefited me. If you're looking for a deep tissue massage I would highly recommend seeing Lena Reed."
