"Over prices stuff I can find on Amazon for cheaper. Also we recently bought a handheld game from there and it didn't come with the SD card that has the games on it. So essentially we just bought a shell."
"Expensive products that can be found much cheaper at other establishments. The employees were not very attentive to customers walking in store.. Did not even acknowledge our presence when we entered the store or even offer to help us find what we were looking for.. They stood at register enjoying their conversation with each other not helpful at all with customers.. We actually left and went to Barnes and Knobles and received way way better service across the board!! I hope FYE will address and fix this issue.."
"The experience was great. It was a nice store, clean and organized, they they just didn’t have the selection I went there for, but that’s OK. I’ll get it sometime otherwise it was terrific. Staff was nice and friendly. I’d go back and check there again anytime!"
"If I could give zero stars I would. We were standing at the checkout one employee was on her phone and the other one was just standing there staring at us we ask if she’s open and she says yeah I’m open in a rude and sarcastic tone."
"I have been to this FYE location many times over the years of living in the Hampton Roads area! I almost always stop by to check out what’s new when I’m a Lynnhaven mall. I do admit that the prices have increased here for sure, but it has almost everywhere unfortunately."
