"Excellent customer service. Not just on one or two occasions, but on a regular basis. Last month, my mother came to visit and forgot her insulin. They literally did everything they could to help make sure my mother had her Rx within 12 hours of her landing. They called both pharmacy and her physician’s office in Vermont. My mother insisted on going into the store to personally thank them!! She was genuinely impressed and felt they went “above and beyond”!!! Lets just hope she remembers all of her meds on her next visit!!!! :)"

"Horrible customer service!!!!! Two occasions I have went inside the pharmacy to be treated rudely and given false information. They do not communicate with you about your prescription; they rather send a text. Which half the time the texts are wrong. I was sent a courtesy text saying my medication was out of stock; only to call up there and be told by the associate that it was in stock. My medication was also placed on hold, for absolutely no reason. When I called up there she (Ashley) explained that my insurance wouldn't be able to pay for it until 2 business days later. It was for my prenatals; I told her a call explaining this would have been better and I was willing to pay for it. The total was only $5! I honestly love the store Kroger; but hate the pharmacy and all of their staff members are incompetent, rude, lazy, and treat customers as if we are not vauled and an inconvenience. I plan on calling Corporate as well!"

"I've had an all-over pretty great experience with this pharmacy. I mainly get my 2 dogs prescriptions filled here (yes, my dogs take "human" medication) and they communicate well with my vet's office and let me know when I'm low on refills. The only time I've had an issue was when they did not have enough of my dog's medicine to refill and we had to wait 4 days to fill which unfortunately really affected my dog until we could get him back on the medication. We refill this prescription monthly for almost a year so for it to not have been stocked, I was disappointed. They rectified the situation and apologized though. I will happily continue filling my prescriptions here."
