"I really love the nurses. They made fur baby fell calm and safe. I also love the Saturday hours. I could not have made it to Yorktown. Great service!!!!"
"We love VCA!! The staff is very friendly and helpful, I love that I can chat with someone 24 hours a day if I have a question or major concern after a procedure."
"On Dec. 28,I had a appt. They finally got to me a hour later. It also took me two weeks to get an appointment. I decided to put my dog to sleep. He had heart failure for months. The doctor gave him a shot to relax him, than after a while. They took him to the operation room to put a IV to put him to sleep. A while later ,I heard him,so I went to see. The doctor put a blanket over his head and was shaking him. I couldn't take it and left. I told the lady at the desk, that I couldn't take it and left. I still have nightmares over it. It breaks my heart.I feel I paid 300 dollars for a too long of a process. . I was there over three hours to put a dog to sleep. It should have only took 30 minutes at the most. A dog should not suffer like that."
"The People were so friendly and kind, was very compassionate with me while I was shaken with concern over my little rat baby. There was nothing they could do to save her, but that didn't stop the Vet from being as gentle with me as possible. Thank You VCA , I miss her so much."
"Extremely disappointed. Paid over $650 for a blood test for my kitty and absolutely no resolution as to why he is not eating?? I left with more questions than answers. Literally should have flushed that $677 down the drain! They need to do better. Unbelievable. Will NEVER be back."
