I purchased a new vape + non~nicotine juice & a a large bottle of the Tropical non-nicotine juice which I didn’t care for was accidentally placed in my bag vs the Mango from the sample I tried & didn’t care for, nothing wrong w/the tropical just a personal preference between the two. Going thru items upon home arrival realized the human error & immediately phoned. I was informed I could bring back & exchange for the Mango. Customer service representative said he would be working the following day but upon my return he unfortunately wasn’t there. The representative was contacted telephonically who confirmed his exchange approval but also extended another apology. Both representatives were friendly & extremely helpful. Highly recommend this business to all!"
