"EXTREMELY disappointed with FYUBI & their empty promises. I called a month before a photoshoot to have makeup done for the bride and nails for a bachelorette party. They promised to open the salon special and call in extra technicians as they are usually closed on Sundays. When it was time for the event we all showed up excited and only 2 hours till the shoot to find no one there and no one answering phones. I had given credit card info and secured the date on the phone. We then had to scramble with hardly any time to find somewhere else to help us before the brides photoshoot. We all found this extremely disappointing and very stressful. Still have not heard back from the salon."
