"One star because the lady was nice. Other than that had a pretty bad experience here. I did not like my haircut and it did not look at all like the photo I showed her. I purchased a shampoo and cut. I was charged twice the amount I was expecting to pay because they charged me extra for the conditioning and for blow drying. At any other salon these things would be included in the cut & wash or at least you would be told that it will cost extra. I was not told that I would be charged extra. I tried to state this when I got to payment and they had nothing to say but “it’s extra.” The lady at the register called another lady and she said the same. I ended up paying and left because I was very frustrated. Never going back."
