"I paid for three sessions of the Bliss laser. It was $2800. I worked out, ate right, drank a gallon + of water per day as directed. I did drink an occasional soda (2 per week) and maybe a glass of bourbon here and there (1 to 2 per week). But with my water intake it should have flushed any effects that could have had on the metabolizing of the fat cells. Anyway through my efforts I lost 15 lbs over the 3 month period. Not to mention two of the biggest eating holidays fell in those 3 months and I refrained myself because I wanted positive results. After my last session I waited a month and did a follow up with lightRx. Looking at my before and after pictures there was NO indication that the Bliss laser had any effect on the target areas. When I informed them that I was unhappy with my results they came back at me with. “Your results are not guaranteed you signed that in the agreement on day one”. Then they proceeded to tell me that due to my soda and alcohol intake that may have been the reason I did not have desired results. They came back and did offer me one free session. But I asked to be scheduled for it and I have heard nothing from them in 6 days. RUN away from this company they do not stand behind their products. During my first 2 sessions one of the lasers kept popping off and the green light would turn red. So I truly don’t even know if the equipment was even working properly."
