The owner made the adjustment to my watch quickly while I waited and was very friendly. I decided to have a couple of stones replaced in my engagement ring too and he was able to get it done in just a couple of days. He has a buddy who hangs out in the store with him who told me the owner has 70 years of experience. Highly recommend!"
