"I wish I could get the name of the worker when I went in because I was ignored 25-30minutes before being addressed. Usually I would leave an establishment if I am not welcomed but because I wanted to try a new product and it was so happen it was on sale. She was taking great car le of the customer that she was with and walked pasme twice and never greeted me and state that she would be right with me. The store was clean and there's plenty of parking. The store was low on some products."

"It got really busy, and the single worker was really busy. She was really helpful though. They were a little low on products, but prices were good. 4.5 stars."

"Sally's is a great place to buy beauty supplies. They had everything I needed in stock. The customer service representative was awesome. I had ordered something at Christmas and I wasn't satisfied and she told me with my receipt, I can get full refund up to 60 days. HAPPY CUSTOMER I AM..."

"This is my usual Sally's store simply because I prefer the shopping center, even if it's farther from my house. The staff has never impressed me though. Called today since some locations are accepting purchases by phone and curbside pick up. The woman who answered was not helpful at all & rather rude. Called the closer location and they were wonderful & very friendly to deal with and took my phone order with no problem. I will be taking my business there from now on, even if the shopping center is less desirable."

"I wish there were another Sally's closer to where I live. This location, particularly one of the women, who is there regularly. I assume she is a manager or assistant manager, has no idea what customer service. It is not the first time I have had an issue with this store. Further more, the policy for returns and exchanges when purchasing items online, in store are so complex and convoluted, I don't even understand why they offer this as in option for online orders. I recently placed an online order, and decided after it had arrived, that I preferred to use a different shade, (same brand), of hair color. I brought my items in with the online order receipt, and explained that I simply wished to exchange for another color. The woman at the counter, whom I believe is an assistant or store manager, started to babble on about their return policy is that I have to take a refund back on my card. When I again explained that I was simply trying to exchange for a different shade of the same brand of color, she became more annoyed. She then went on to state something to the effect that if I exchange, I can't return the color later. Fine.. the point of exchanging the color was because I had changed my mind about what shade I wanted to dye my hair, hence why I came in to make an exchange. Overall the store has great stock, and I usually have no trouble finding what I am looking for, when I am there. The attitude of management in particular, and the hassle I have encountered because of online ordering, leaves more than something to be desired. I hope that the example of customer service set by management is not what the store is trying to model for their employees. If you are looking for helpful exchange or refund solutions, this is not the store to shop at."
