"Bella Rose had not eaten or drank water in about 3 days. This started Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Friday I had to leave a message with my Vet, since they were closed. Saturday the office called but I couldn't get to my phone quick enough, so they left a message. They said they had nothing available for Saturday and to call back Monday to see what was available for the upcoming week. So Google to the rescue and there was Urgent Vet with an opening at 3:44 pm for Saturday. The staff and Dr. Cresta Jones were awesome. I definitely would recommend them."

"Just had our 3rd visit at UrgentVet with our cat Gray. Seems he likes to get into trouble. Each visit has been handled with great care. The technicians & Vets are wonderful, so gentle with the injuries. Everyone takes the time to explain what the issues are & how it should be treated. There are always emails with care instructions & follow up. Costs are very reasonable when considering it is at night or the weekend. Hoping we don't have to go back anytime soon!!! "We had to take our 4 month old puppy in for a bloody stool, vomiting and she was lethargic . They were super great at the Midlothian clinic. Very patient and knowledgeable. "I came home to my little guy not feeling so well and was instantly in a panic to find somewhere open at the time- after calling around and and finding everywhere at capacity we finally found urgentvet with 0 waiting time. After checking in we were greeted quickly and they immediately showed compassion towards our little guy and even perked him up a bit through his discomfort. They were very intuitive to his needs throughout the process and were super quick and caring. They kept us in the loop through the whole process and testings explaining everything and pricing(and were way more cost efficient than other emergency vets we’ve used before) They gave us a solution and thorough instructions for upkeep and even called us the following day to checkup on him. The following day he’s already up eating drinking, and using the bathroom again and slowly but surely perking up. It was simple quick and they were very caring definitely recommend!"
