"I went into this location to use the restroom. I’m a delivery driver I need to be able to have access to bathrooms through these restaurants and gas stations. So when I walk in and I asked the employee if the restrooms were open and she said no they’re not open to the public. Oh that’s real smart you have at least 20 people in your store right now and you don’t have a restroom available for them. Regardless whether you’re following policy or not is not valid. If you’re going to have your business open to the public you should have your restroom open to the public. And for delivery drivers like myself and the ones all over Hampton Roads we need to be able to go into a company and be able to use the bathroom."
