"I went to this store routinely for years. During one visit, I tapped my card and was told it didn't go through, and I needed to tap it again. I was double charged for lottery tickets. The store employee and manager refused to correct it the next day when I brought my receipt and bank evidence. One insisted I show a receipt for the overcharge also. I had to go through the bank to get my money back for the overcharge. Then, the owner called a couple of weeks later, after returning from a trip and was very pleasant and apologetic. I would strongly recommend using cash only there. I'm not at the point that I want to deal with his employees again, so I'll go to other stores that don't treat customers this way."

"Very slow the manager and day shift employee talks about and degrades other employees in front of customers ,they love drama! 3 different stop in attempts they have allowed 1 customer to block lotto machine by purchasing over 100 lotto tickets at a time causing half hour or more delay for customers that are purchasing items and lotto ! Please note the one they allow to block the lotto machine never purchases anything else. With that said I will not only purchase my lotto somewhere else , but my coffee and gas ,and other items also . Also when you are just coming on a shift it is no reason for cashier "Amy" to be so unpleasant and use terms as "are you talking to me" or abruptly "over there" ."
