"I went into Sally’s to get hair dye products. I knew exactly what I needed and went directly to the isle it was in. One product I use I didn’t see in its normal place. I went to asked the young girl at the register I’d they had it. Big Mistake. She the began to be extremely pushy with other products. Never listening to what I was saying. Overkill to say the least. I left the store completely overwhelmed and frustrated."

"I was in Sally's a couple weeks ago getting hair dye and the younger woman was very helpful. I went back in to return some of the things I didn't use and this old woman was working. Something spilled on my receipt and I asked her if I could still return it. She said I'd have to come back Wednesday (today is Sunday) and speak to the manager. I took my stuff back out to the vehicle and walked back inside to look for an auburn color. I heard her tell another customer that this young girl had came in to return about $30 worth of stuff but my receipt was blank and claimed my baby had spilled milk on it. I told her that my baby's bottle might have leaked on it but only part of the barcode was blank. There was no hostilty, but the way she talked to the other customer you would think I was in a rage demanding she return it. I was very polite and understood. I walked up front after hearing her lie about what had really happened and told her that I was very polite and the receipt was not completely blank and was about $20 and that she had no right to lie as I walked out of the store. I will be contacting her manager, but about how unprofessional she was. She was very immature especially for her age. I will not be back to the Sally's in Princeton, WV. Poor customer service and the old woman working is a gossiper who tends to talk about other customers after they leave and lie about them!"

"I bought hair to sow in from here it sed 100% human hair well I got it in and I had to end up shaving my head cause it broke me out so bad my selp started to bleed and was in hives never will get another thing from this store"
