"As a card carrying member of Carytown Tobacco this is the worst in the city. I arrived at this shop at 10:45 when no customer was there. I parked on the side of the building so I can pull out directly since my car stalls when backing up. I was immediately met at the door by the"manager" who asked me to park . After explaining the situation to him I was met with the response " I don't want anyone to feel entitled". Entitled?!?... Who are you judging? And shouldn't the customer feel entitled? I don't know what the manager name is, but he wouldn't be my manager if he turned away paying customers & money because he didn't want anyone who feel entitled. Ridiculous...."
