"Walked into get lottery ticket cashed, lady gave look like how could ask her to get off her stool. Standing with ticket in my hand and asked me what I wanted. Cashed ticket and never said thank you or anything. Will be the last time I visit store. And she is the manager I think. Great customer service !!!"

"Showed up and systems were down. Cashier gave me wrong product and didn’t realize it until later. Overall, I usually wait in line in this store 2 minutes at least. Won’t be coming back. Had too many bad experiences."

"Terrible service! Just stopped in to get gas and the cashier was on her phone. She told me to hold on and I waited a whole good 5 minutes at the register before she took care of me."

"I won $250. I got slot of stuff and I was told that I get a money order. I wanted the cashier to ring me up and give the difference in the money order. Nope. I only had $2 to pay the big gulp.I had to go to Kroger to cash it. Then I bought groceries there"

"There is a young Man with glasses, haven't figured out his name yet, but I will, who once talked down to me before the store was purchased by 7-11. We had our differences, I let it go. I have seen him multiple times in the store since then and haven't had any problems. I walked in tonight to purchase some coca-cola, and he proceeds to point me out to his manager. I over heard this and called him out. I have never had a problem with anyone else in this store, and I shop there often, but this man has a problem. I spend a lot of money there per week, but will hesitate next time. I will also tell all of my friends not to stop there for any reason. I sincerely hope management recognizes that this person needs to treat people better. It will catch up with him, I guarantee it."
