"I was sold a vape battery with a proprietary thread and was basically a discontinued product, didn't realize until I got home, I made it back to the store a week later, told my story, and they guy was cool and swapped it out for 510 thread. Edit: the replacement did not work(would not heat to temp)."

Everyone had the knowledge of the specific item I was looking into and not only did they have my product but the price and the promotions were even better. The only reason I stopped in was because of the convenience of being close to Walmart and not having to drive around town to another shop, however with the way I was treated upon arriving to the shop, the process and the knowledge of my items; I will be returning for sure. He did not push me to the most expensive, it was not the money but to please the customer. He not only was patient but upon making my decision with his expertise help showed me how to work the product along with selecting the best juice to use. He explained each and every product I was interested in to me. I would not go any place else to purchase if you want someone that knows what his products are and gives you expertise help .
