"This is the 2nd review I have put on here. He had the 1st one removed. He shouldn't be able to do that. This guy is a fraud/scam artist. Came to re grout our master bath. He totally destroyed the shower doing over $10,000 in damage. Cracked tiles, used caulking instead of grout for shower floor; which came up immediately in the first shower. (See pics) Grout on walls looks like he used different colors and missed places, which he left holes. Unbelievable. Offered to come back and fix it.....WHY would I let you touch it again????? He did return the bulk of what we paid him because he realized he did such a horrible job. Now to fix it we have totally retile the shower. Do not hire this guy"
