They also fixed my computer extremely quickly, so i would definitely recommend them to anyone in a rush. I got my flash storage/SSD replaced and upgraded to double the size for about $300 (including service). A lot better of a deal than i would’ve gotten at Best Buy for sure. A lot of the other people who are complaining about the diagnostic fee lack listening skills—they were very explicit on how that fee would be waived if i chose to get the problem fixed with them. If not, i would’ve had to pay the fee. And that’s fair considering they’re putting in the effort to diagnose it!"
