"I was given a Health Certificate by the breeder I bought my puppy from saying that he was completely healthy. I ended up going to that same vet Keagy Village Vet that gave the completely healthy health certificate because it was very close to where I live. When I took him a month after getting the puppy. They told me he had a grade to 3 to 4 heart murmer which I said I thought was odd since he got a clean bill of health from there a month beforehand and they tried to tell me that these can come on all of a sudden but still seemed odd a grade 3 to 4 would come on all the sudden instead of just say a grade 1 to 2. I took my baby to a cardiologist and he ended up having 2 congenital heart defects that the cardiologist confirmed he had since birth so the original vet Jessica Cordle missed it or was paid by the breeder if that's even a thing to not include it, who knows. However, I have confirmed with a cardiologist and another veterinarian that there was no way within a month's time this murmer came out of nowhere and that he definitely had it from birth. So would have had it when this health certificate was given. I know mistakes happen but if when I went to go see this puppy he didnt have a clean bill of health i probably wouldnt have spent over a thosaund dollars on him. He has 2 heart defects that could hinder his life. I love him and I'm attached to him now and I'll pay and do what I can of course, but to me this is serious negligence, missing something like this and giving a completely healthy Health Certificate when a dog is not healthy is very upsetting."
"I drive an hour just to go to this vet. They're always amazing with our dog. He gets extremely nervous and they always work with him so well. Highly recommend!"
"Great care givers. Our Maggie loves the attention and care she is given."
"Both veterinarians are knowledgeable, friendly, and are great with animals. The front desk staff is also friendly and nice. I travel a fair distance to go here because of how good they are."
"Best vet I’ve ever been to! My dog even enjoys going, she runs to the door wagging her tail everytime we go. They don’t overcharge you which is nice. They get you in and out quickly and it’s easy to get an appointment. Very clean and staff is always welcoming and friendly."
