"We were told time expectations before we left the house and they pretty much kept with it. The front staff were gracious and caring. The vet was detailed in her care and treatment. Thankfully our dog Melvin was less severely lnjured than we thought, so that was a plus. The cost for the visit was reasonable considering it is after hours care and they did a thorough job of assessing and treating him."

"The staff at Greenbrier Emergency Animal Hospital did a wonderful job taking care of my 13-year-old labrador who experienced her first seizure. They were prompt and caring, and sent a follow-up email to check on her. They turned a very scary experience into a comforting one. :)"

"Our 10 year old boxer Zeus unexpectedly and urgentLy was diagnosed with a spleen mass that had ruptured. He was urgently sent from our vets office to Greenbrier Emergency Animal Hospital. I had kids at home, so unfortunately my husband had to go be there with Zeus. This staff was absolutely amazing from the moment he walked in. Unfortunately, Zeus did not make it, but the staff showed so much kindness during this hard time. Since our kids weren't able to say goodbye to him, the staff made 3 (one for each of our kids) paw prints made out of clay to take home. A week later, we received a hand written card, signed by all of the staff, letting us know they were thinking of us. We are incredibly thankful, and will always remember them!"
