The techs have always been thorough with my treatments, as well as gentle and conscious of any discomfort. They’re all so friendly and made me feel so comfortable throughout each visit! I recently had a scheduling issue due to work and travel, and Gaurav really went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I was able to be squeezed in. "First time going to them yesterday and the customer service was amazing! There was a scheduling mistake on their end and they were extremely apologetic and made sure to make me feel like my inconvenience was taken into great consideration. They squeezed me in and the owner contacted me directly to apologize. The woman who did my laser was super kind and informative. Def the best laser tech I’ve encountered. The owner was super reasonable with pricing and I even upgraded my package while I was there. Only thing I would say is be sure to look at the Groupon list of areas they cover and make sure to call in to confirm the areas. Their laser was much less painful than others I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend this place! As long as the service remains the same I will continue coming here for all of my cosmetic services."
