"This store was on a list of recommended places for wigs for Cancer patients. I went with my Mother in Law to help select a wig. Store is spacious with alot of wigs but unfortunately not many short hair selections and most were dark and trendy hair colors. My biggest issue was the attitude and lack of professionalism and compassion from the staff. My MIL was trying on her last wig and the sales lady finally talked and told us that she could only try 3 on. Sorry store policy. Not the kind of service you want in an already difficult situation. No other help or suggestions were given in the 30 min we were there."

"It’s the Audacity for me !!! That these people are still selling black hair care products to black people.. I’ve been traveling this month all the way from Miami and it never really surprises me that no matter where I go, black people still haven’t learned. Having a slave mentality is still very much a real thing. At least in Atlanta u can find a few black owned beauty supply stores but non here or in North Carolina but then y’all will open a hole in the wall soul food/fish fry restaurant or a clothing boutique in a heart beat. We need more than just that. Everywhere that I travel is flooded with a Korean/Asian/Hot pot/Sushi restaurant or beauty supply store. I came here after Sally’s didn’t have what I needed but as soon as i walked in it felt uncomfortable. I look around a bit and low and behold here comes one of ladies from behind the counter trying to watch my every move. Their ignorance just can’t itself. I was not even in the store 5 minutes before she came over to try and watch me. I just got the rubber bands that I need and left."

"Very wide selection of beauty products. The staff is knowledgeable and they have expanded their space to allow for more products to be available. Best beauty supply in Northern Virginia. You will find everything you need from this one store"

"Do not go here!!! They sold me synthetic hair disguised as human hair. And they refused to refund me my $179. The hair melted when heat hit it. They do not respect people of color or all the money we spend with them.PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! We have to stand against these people who treat us with no respect. We must come up with solutions to rectify this treatment. If you agree feel free to comment."
