"Confirmed my appointment twice. Got a confirmation email and a text. Then another one reminding me of my appointment. Waisted my time showing up and having them give me attitude saying my appointment was cancelled for “no confirmation.” That’s funny… With all the proof of confirmation and no text or email for the “cancellation”. Was rude and refused to do anything about the situation. Wish i could give 0 stars! Go literally anywhere else for an eye exam or glasses."

She is precise, friendly, caring and takes the time to cover any and everything pretaining to the issues at hand ,she leaves no stones unturned. She will save you money if anyway possible in the transaction while purchasing your glasses. She makes it so easy and actually enjoyable completing the entire visit."

"Worst eye doctor experience of my life. For the third year in a row, a simple appointment takes 2 hours minimum. The chronic overbooking is killing customer satisfaction and shows no respect for clients. Corporate needs to step in before this keeps getting worse."

"The experience was definitely at or above expectations. Facilitated in large part by Susan. I was there when it seemed busy. Ive been working in restaurants for twenty years and I could see her multitasking like a pro, even supporting a trainee up front. I'm thankful she dedicated time to personally help me pick out glasses, as I came alone. I waited for the next part of the process less than ten minutes before she picked up there to. I got my questions answered, copies I asked for, and her knowledge of HIPAA requirements is refreshing. Props to her, and many thanks!"
