I called Ortts and they sent a very nice young man Jeremy to fix it that very day. It turned out to be a major job but Jeremy was so pleasant and helpful and did finish the job. I will certainly use this company from now on."

"Terrible service and very unreliable. Called them five weeks ago to get an estimate for installing a 50amp outlet so we can run air conditioners in our RV. After 2 weeks they finally sent someone out to see what would be required. After 2 more weeks I had not received an estimate so called them. The woman said she would check and call me right back. Another week+ went by with no call back so my wife called. The woman said they could do the work in 3 days. Fifteen minutes later she calls back and tells us they don’t have time to do our job and we should call another electrician. Now we’ve wasted five weeks dealing with Ortts and have to start over with another electrician."
