"I volunteered at a local school hosting Saturday School before. Nice people. But, they need to do a better job with their website. Clicked on what is suppose to be the official site but it keeps redirecting me to some scam/malware."

"I had the same experience Naaz Dee Viper states in her review. I received a confirmation email stating class would start on the 9th of Jan. My daughter did not see the class added to her student profile. I called and was told class would start on the 23rd. The week of the 23rd I called again because the class was still not added and was told it was being uploaded that day. On the 23rd still no class! I called once more and was told she would see it in a few hours and that the first class was introductory so she wasn't missing anything. They took her name and student ID but again nothing happened. I called the following week, no luck. I also sent various emails but did not receive a response. Finally I gave up and asked for a refund. The refund was issued and mailed to me. Don't waste your time!! Find help for your child elsewhere. I'm normally not as patient but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID (possibly short staffed, working from home, etc.)."

"Parents be aware!!! DO NOT register your kids at this school. I have registered for SAT/ACT Pre course for my daughter. Received only one email from them thanking for registration, that was it. Class supposed to start on January 9th. 2021. I have made numerous calls, sent them emails, not even one response regarding class. I sent my last email after week has past requesting refund and I have not received any response from them. Please don't waste your time and money. I would have given them 0 zero if there were option for it. They SUCK!!!"
