"Shannon is wonderful and knowledgeable. However this place has shady business practices. I have spent so much money here (thousands), and attend all my weekly appointments, but once my kids were home sick and there was no way for me to leave them at home to get to my scheduled appointment, they refused to reschedule me for another day without first charging my card $100 (which they did before I even hung up the phone), they wouldn’t even allow me to speak with the manager. I do not recommend any business who operates in this manner. I will not be returning to prodrip due to a very poor customer experience. I will take my $$$$ elsewhere."
