Don't waste your time at one of the fast food franchise national locations that pop up then disappear where the trainers change every few weeks. Ruth and her team are the best. They take the time to really get to know you and your needs. They have a wide variety of programs from private classes to group fitness to small group training to functional fitness to online classes and much more. Pilates isn't just for women. My dad credits pilates classes with improving his health and fitness and getting him off most of his medications."
