"When we just started going there, we were happy; but after two good and timely experiences, everything went down. We would drop our dog at 2pm and get him at 7pm. Our dog looked awful: the face was hardly trimmed, I had to trim him after them. This is not the only thing, one time I called and was put on hold. While I was holding, I heard a woman screaming at some dog. It lasted quite few minutes. I was wondering why my dog was always afraid to go there. So, make your own conclusions... I won't take my pet there anymore."
