"From the moment I walked in the smell was off putting. I get it, it’s a butcher shop but there was a certain twang to it that was somewhat nauseating. I’ve been to other butcher shops before and they did not come close to this. The display was ok but I can’t say all the meat appeared fresh or like it hadn’t been there for days. Also, while watching an order being prepared noticed that gloves were NOT being used while handling the meat which makes me wonder what kind of cross contamination/poor hand hygiene occurs at other times. Can’t speak on the meat itself because I never got that far after what I observed."

"The sheer amount of unprofessional service is mind blowing. The butcher has to be the rudest person around. If you ask questions he acts like you are an idiot. Yelling at customers and his own cashier in front of a full shop. I highly recommend going elsewhere."

"I had too much fun here! Definitely a Steelers theme, however, Joe wears a Raiders cap. Boo! Good local meats and also the exotic. I purchased a couple of ribeyes and some ostrich hot dogs because I love ostrich. Good stuff!"

"Great butcher shop. Got the family pack for 3. And its lasted over 2 weeks for 2 people, with leftovers. The bacon is amazzziinnngggg. Love me some bacon! Next time will be buying extra bacon. Even though it did come with a lot. The meat is great quality. A little bit of a drive for me. But not a big deal if im only heading there every 2 1/2 weeks. The location is nice too. Because you can hit the farmers market up for some produce and get some ice cream a couple doors down! I included pictures of some of the meat cooked. All turned out delish! Will be ordering more meat soon!"
