"I don't know if it's just me, but I've noticed ever since Covid hit AAA has gotten sorry. From shady towing personnel showing up, to getting the run around over the phone, or even trying to just simply get through to someone on the phone. I've been a member for 4 to 5 years and have definitely recognized a difference and I'm highly disappointed that they have become like a lot of other businesses in the area where all they care about is that almighty dollar versus customer care. It shouldn't take 2 weeks or more for someone to get in contact with a human over the phone that's absurd. Due to not being able to reach a human over the phone my account was cancelled after I've shown my loyalty as a customer to feel I got booted definitely makes me feel differently towards AAA."

"Quick efficient service. The sauce were very accommodating and were very eager to assist us in any way they could. They were patients and explained several different things to us that we came in to inquire about. Had to have international driver's licenses processed here, they take the passport photos that are required and it was a seamless process. I believe this is a new triple a I haven't seen it before and only learned about it when I was looking for the nearest AAA near me. 5 ⭐ for sure"
